  • all key account and independent retail outlets

Results

According to the client’s strategy all retail outlets were ranked in terms of sales volumes and customer profile and divided into several classes.

We offered and the Client approved the coverage strategy which included:

  • classification and prioritization of channels and sales outlets
  • frequency of visits
  • principles of POS materials placement
  • description of required resources
  • ways to optimize human resources
